Jeffrey Barrit
Aquisitions, Repositioning, Project Mangement
Jeffrey is currently overseeing our day to day operations with all current contracts including the River Inn Nipawin and Minnedosa Inn. Jeffrey has built a track record of consistent year over year growth for our clients. He wrapped up our Lund BC project with a legacy of dramatic growth in Room and Food and Beverage Revenues but most importantly achieved the owner’s objective of increasing the number of First Nation employees to almost 50 percent of the work force. This followed on his successes in Port Hardy where he developed interim operating systems and the First Nation human resource ready to launch the fully renovated hotel in 2016.
Graeme Barrit
Leadership development, Change Mangement
Graeme has spent the majority of his career in the hotel business working for some of the most successful brands in Canada including Coast Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels, Commonwealth Holiday Inns, Budget Rent a Car and Cara Terminal Services. One client, Itesso BV, were so pleased with the changes he initiated they insisted he join them as CEO. Itesso BV sold to Amadeus in July 2015 and Graeme has returned to spending the bulk of his time with the Mizare team. Graeme recently added “Lecturer Strategic Hotel Management” at the University of Maastricht to his list of accomplishments. His community interests have touched many different organizations and he has always appreciated and celebrated the unique culture of each group he has served. Graeme is a former Board member of the Hotel Association of Canada, the University of Guelph Hospitality Advisory Board and former Chair of Ballet British Columbia.
